§ 34.05 DUTIES OF DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Fire Department to attend any alarm of fire or emergency that may be sounded, to respond to the fire or emergency with the fire apparatus, and, under the directions of the officers in command, to perform such services as may be required to suppress a fire and preserve life and property endangered.
   (B)   Every member of the Department organized under this code shall obey all orders given by the Chief of the Fire Department or any officer commanding the Department. Any person violating or refusing to obey any such order shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 and may be expelled from the Fire Department.
