§ 33.16 REFUSAL, NEGLECT OF DUTY.
   If the Chief of Police, any policeman or extra policeman shall neglect or refuse to perform any duty of his office, or shall in the discharge of his official duties be duties be guilty of any fraud, extortion, oppression, favoritism, partiality, bribery, or willful wrong or injustice, he shall be punished as provided by § 10.99. Also, such conduct may result in discharge from employment with the city.
