§ 33.15 CONDUCT.
   The Chief of Police and policemen shall be civil and respectful to the public, shall upon all occasions perform their duties with good temper and discretion, and shall not use violent, intemperate, or abusive language, or use any intoxicating liquor while on duty, or give any person information which may lead to the escape of any person charged with the violation of any part of this code or any ordinance of the city, or the criminal laws of the state.
