§ 33.12 DUTIES.

When any power is vested in or any duty required of the Chief of Police, the same shall be deemed to extend to and may be exercised by any of the policemen of the city, unless such construction would be contrary to the terms of this code or the ordinance vesting the power or requiring the duty.
