A quorum of the Cultural Arts Alliance shall consist of a majority of the members. All decisions of the Cultural Arts Alliance shall be made by a majority vote of those members present and voting at any meeting where a quorum exists. Meetings shall be held upon the call of the Chairperson, and not less than four times per year.
