§ 32.81 COMPOSITION.
   The Cultural Arts Alliance shall be composed of not less than five and not more than 11 voting members, at least half of whom shall be residents of the City of Tuscola. All members of the Cultural Arts Alliance shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.
