§ 32.80 ESTABLISHMENT.
   There is hereby established a Cultural Arts Alliance for the City of Tuscola. The Cultural Arts Alliance shall serve as an advisory committee to the City Council, and shall recommend policies and procedures regarding the education, promotion, and advancement of the arts within the community.
