§ 32.65 ESTABLISHMENT.

There is hereby established a Tree Commission for the city. The Tree Commission shall serve as an advisory committee to the City Council, and shall recommend policies and procedures regarding the planting, maintenance, and removal of trees, shrubs, and other plants upon publicly-owned property in the city.
