§ 32.45 INJURY TO LIBRARY OR GROUNDS.

The City Council shall have power to pass ordinances imposing suitable penalties for the punishment of persons committing injury upon the Library or the grounds or other property thereof, and for injury to or failure to return any library material belonging to the Library.
