(A) The Board of Health shall exercise general supervision over the health and sanitary conditions of the city and have full power to make such rules and regulations, take such steps and employ such measures as are necessary to promote the cleanliness and sanitary conditions thereof. (B) The Board of Health shall have full power to determine what shall be deemed a nuisance and to abate the nuisance. (‘69 Code, § 13-21)
(C) The Board of Health shall have full charge of the prevention, restriction, and suppression of contagious, infectious, or communicable diseases. (‘69 Code, § 13-21)
(D) For the purpose of carrying out their duties, any member of the Board of Health and the employees and officers of the Board shall, after obtaining the necessary authority, be permitted to enter at any reasonable hour any premises, house, store, stable, factory, or other building in the city, as provided by law. (‘69 Code, § 13-24)
