§ 32.12 SECRETARY.
   (A)   The members of the Board of Health shall, within five days after their appointment and qualification, meet at the call of the Chairman and elect one of their members as Secretary.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Secretary of the Board of Health to cause to be kept a record of all transactions of the Health Department including such information as may be necessary for the official work of the Department.
