§ 32.11 COMPOSITION; APPOINTMENT; TERM.
   (A)   The Board of Health shall consist of three members, one of whom shall be a legally licensed practitioner of medicine or osteopathy or a qualified sanitary engineer, under the laws of the state.
   (B)   The Board of Health shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council in the same manner and at the same time as other officers are appointed.
   (C)   At the time of the appointment, the Mayor shall designate one of the members to be Chairman of the Board, who shall also be Health Officer. The Chairman shall be a legally licensed practitioner of medicine or osteopathy or shall be a qualified sanitary engineer. All of the members shall hold their offices from the date of appointment for any period of time not exceeding the term of office of the mayor making the appointment and until their successors are duly appointed and qualified at the time of appointment.
