§ 32.10 DEPARTMENT; BOARD OF HEALTH.
   There is established an executive department of the city, to be known as the Department of Health, which shall consist of the Board of Health as herein constituted, together with such officer or employees of the Board as the City Council may provide. (‘69 Code, § 13-l9)
