§ 32.02 COMPOSITION OF DEPARTMENT.
   The Electrical Inspection Department shall consist of an Electrical Inspection Commission of five members as follows: The City Building Commissioner, who shall be ex officio chairman of the commission, two licensed electrical contractors with principal offices in the city, a member of the Tuscola Fire Department and one citizen of the city, selected from the public at large.
