§ 31.86 VACATIONS.
   (A)   All persons who have been in the employ of the city for one full year shall be entitled to one week of vacation at the rate of pay in effect when the vacation is taken. All persons who have been in the employ of the city for two full years or longer shall be entitled to two weeks of vacation at the rate of pay in effect when the vacation is taken.
   (B)   Vacation periods selected shall be approved by the chairman of the committee in which the employee is employed.
   (C)   Not more than one employee shall be absent from any department on vacation at any given time.
   (D)   No employee shall be permitted to take vacation periods for two consecutive years back to back.
