§ 31.84 WORKING HOURS.
   (A)   The following are designated regular working hours for all employees except the clerical and office employees.
Monday through Friday      7:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
               1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

   (B)   The working hours for clerical and office employees shall be Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The foregoing may be altered or modified by the chairman of the committee in charge of any given department, with the advice and consent of the City Council, in order to accommodate special or unusual circumstances that may arise.
