§ 31.65 SUPERINTENDENT OF PARKS.
   There is created the office of Superintendent of Parks, who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council. His term of office shall be for such time as the City Council may determine, provided it does not exceed the term of office of the Mayor making the appointment. Before entering upon the duties of his office, the Superintendent shall enter into a bond to be approved by the City Council in the penal sum of $500, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties of his office.
