§ 31.15 TERM OF ELECTED OFFICIALS.
   (A)   The terms of elected city officers shall commence at the first regular or special meeting of the City Council in the month of May immediately following their election.
   (B)   The inauguration into office of the newly elected officers of the city shall be after the conclusion of old business at the first meeting of the City Council in May as provided in division (A) above.
