§ 31.02 APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS NOT OTHERWISE PROVIDED FOR.
   The Mayor shall appoint, with the advice and consent of the City Council, all officers of the city whose election or appointment is not otherwise provided for. Any vacancies occurring in an appointive office shall be filled in the same manner.
