ORDINANCE NO. 88-0-34

   AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE SUPPLEMENTATION

   AND REVISION OF THE TUSCOLA CODE OF 1981 FOR 1988

   WHEREAS, the City receives annual supplements to the Tuscola Code of 1981 from the publisher, and;

   WHEREAS, the City has received the 1988 supplement to the Tuscola Code of 1981, and;

   WHEREAS, the Council desires to approve, ratify and confirm revisions and additions contained in the supplement which may not heretofore have been incorporated in any ordinance approved by the Council;

   NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSCOLA, DOUGLAS COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:

   Section 1. The 1988 supplement to the Tuscola Code of 1981, designated as supplement S-7, and containing material through Ordinance 88-0-24 is hereby approved for inclusion in the Tuscola Code of 1981.

   Section 2. All material in the 1988 supplement known as S-7 which has not heretofore been specifically enacted in a prior ordinance is hereby approved and confirmed for inclusion in the Tuscola Code of 1981.

   Section 3. From and after the date of the passage and approval of this ordinance, all reference to the Tuscola Code of 1981 or similar reference shall mean the Tuscola Code of 1981 as supplemented by the 1988 Supplement known as S-7.

   Section 4. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and approval.
