§ 110.03 LICENSE FEE.

   (A)   The license fee for engaging, canying on or conducting business, as a transient merchant shall be as follows:

      (1)   Fifty dollars per day; or

      (2)   Two hundred dollars per week.

   (B)   All such fees shall be payable in advance.

§ 110.04 TIME LIMIT.

   A limit of 14 days a year per vendor. Can be used daily or weekly. The weekly is seven consecutive days.

§ 110.99 PENALTY.

   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall upon conviction be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court. Each day that a violation shall continue shall constitute a separate violation.
