Any person who operates a power-driven vehicle upon property of this township used for an airport contrary to the provisions of the chapter in willful or wanton disregard of the rights or safeties of others or without due caution and circumspection and at a speed or in manner so as to endanger or be likely to endanger any person or property shall be guilty of reckless driving.
