No person shall plant any trees, shrubs or other vegetation within the designated easement for the non-motorized pathway. No person shall allow trees, shrubs or other vegetation to grow to a size that obscures view or obstructs passage along a non-motorized pathway. The township reserves the right to maintain trees and shrubs within the designated easement of the non-motorized pathway.
