(A) The revenues of the system are hereby ordered to be set aside, as collected, and deposited in a bank duly qualified to do business in the state.
(B) An account is to be designated Water Receiving Fund, and the revenues so accounted for in said Fund are pledged for the purpose of the following:
(1) Supplies;
(2) Legal services;
(3) Audit fees;
(4) Insurance;
(5) Repair and maintenance;
(6) Meter equipment;
(7) Other expenses pertaining to the water system; and
(8) Future expansion of the water system.
