An application for a variance or an appeal of a decision of the Zoning Administrator shall be accompanied by a fee established by resolution of the Town Council to cover the cost of handling the variance application as prescribed in this section or responding to an appeal. A single application for a
variance may include requests for variances from more than one regulation applicable to the same site, or for similar variances on two or more adjacent sites with similar characteristics.
