The following regulations shall apply to the site of a permitted or conditional use; these requirements are minimums unless otherwise noted:

Front yard	30 feet
Maximum coverage	40%
Rear yard	25 feet

Side yard	25 feet
Site area	1 acre
Site depth	160 feet
Site width	160 feet
