Prior to submitting an application for a PC Zone, the applicant should hold preliminary consultations with town staff to obtain information and guidance before entering into binding commitments or incurring
substantial expense in the preparation of plans, surveys and other data. Such preliminary consultations should be relative to a preliminary development plan and other material which expresses the relationship between the various land uses and the development concepts to be employed.
