§ 15-5-1 PURPOSE AND SCOPE.
   The purpose of this rental housing code (this “chapter”) is to ensure that residential rental properties conform to minimum safety, health, and maintenance standards. This chapter shall include all single-family and multi-family residential rental properties within the village.
