§ 14-1-60 STREET LAMPS; STREET TREES.
   (a)   Street lighting. The subdivider shall install street lamps along all streets proposed to be dedicated of a design compatible with the neighborhood and type of development proposed. Such lamps shall be placed at each street intersection and at such interior block spacing as may be required by the Village Engineer.
   (b)   Street trees. Street trees shall be planted throughout all residential land divisions. Such trees shall be planted in the parkways equidistant between the sidewalks and curb, or in street tree easements, and no closer than five feet from any sanitary sewer service, water service, or driveway apron. The trees shall be spaced not more than 50 feet apart. At street corners, trees shall be located at least 20 feet from the intersection of right-of-way lines.
