(a) The legal description contained in § 13-5-10 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 29, Township 34N, Range 14W: Part of the SE-NW described as commencing at the E quarter corner of Section 29 then W along the EW quarter line 3498.4 feet to the point of beginning then N 10 degrees W 134 feet then N 62 degrees E 131.7 feet then E parallel to the EW quarter line 767 feet (plus or minus) to the E line of said SE-NW then south along the E line of SE-NW to the intersection with Hwy 8 Then southwesterly along the northerly right-of-way of USH 8 Then west along the S 40 line to the point of beginning, except for highway described in 866/557. |
(b) In all other respects § 13-5-10 shall remain unchanged.
