   These collected ordinances shall be known and referred to as the “Code of Ordinances, Village of Turtle Lake, Wisconsin.” References to the “Code of Ordinances, Village of Turtle Lake, Wisconsin,” shall be cited as follows (sample): “Section 2-1-1, Code of Ordinances, Village of Turtle Lake, Wisconsin.”
