§ 11-7-3 OFFENSES BY MINORS.

Any person under the age of 18 who is in violation of any part of Wis. Stats. Chapter 118, regarding the truancy of that person, may, if permitted by that law, be charged with said violation in the Municipal Court of the village, and shall be subject to the penalties provided in § 11-7-4. Any person charged under this chapter must first have received a letter and a phone contact from the school district regarding the first two days of truancy.
