(a) Speed. No person shall operate a snowmobile upon any public right-of-way or highway, or area adjacent to residences within the village at a speed in excess of 15 miles per hour.
(b) Unattended vehicles. No person shall leave or allow a snowmobile owned or operated by him or her to remain unattended on any public highway or public property while the motor is running or with the starting key in the ignition.
(c) Operation on sidewalks or malls prohibited. No person shall operate a snowmobile on any sidewalk, pedestrian way, or mall within the village.
(d) Operation on private property restricted. No person shall operate a snowmobile on any private property not owned or controlled by him or her within the village without the express consent or permission of the owner.
(e) Municipal court. Any person under the age of 18 brought into municipal court for any snowmobile violation shall be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
(f) Unnecessary noise. No person shall gun or race a snowmobile engine so as to cause unnecessary noise, even though he or she may be operating within the speed limit.
