§ 10-1-27 WINTER PARKING REGULATIONS.
   When signs have been erected at or reasonably near the corporate limits of the village, as provided in Wis. Stats. § 349.13, no person shall park any vehicle between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day from November 15 through April 1, unless permission is given by the Police Department for a valid reason.
