(a) The village officials hereinafter set forth shall be appointed by the Village President, subject to confirmation by a majority vote of the Board; and one or more of said offices may be held by the same person. The following persons appointed to perform the duties of the following offices shall hold office for an indefinite term, subject to removal as provided by Wis. Stats. § 17.12(1)(c) and (d).
(1) Assessor.
(2) Director of Public Works.
(3) Village Attorney.
(b) The Village President shall not vote on the confirmation of such appointments, except in case of a tie.
