(a) No person, without the express consent of the grantee, shall make, possess, use, or allow to be used any connection, extension, or division, whether accomplished physically, acoustically, inductively, electronically, or otherwise, with or to any segment of the grantee’s cable television distribution system, for any purpose whatsoever.
(b) No person shall willfully interfere or tamper with, obstruct, or damage any part, segment, section, cable, wire, or device associated with the grantee’s cable television distribution system. No person shall attach any unauthorized device to any part, segment, section, cable, wire, or other device associated with the grantee’s cable television distribution system.
(c) No person shall possess, use, sell, lease, rent, or in any way make available to others, any of the grantee’s pay television programming, without the grantee’s express authorization.
(d) No person, without claim of right, shall intentionally interrupt a service of the grantee’s cable television distribution system.
(e) A person may be penalized separately as set forth below for each offense listed at subsections (a) through (d) above. An offense shall be considered to be a separate offense for each 24-hour period during which it continues after discovery thereof and notification to the violator.
