§ 9-3-11 BROADBAND CABLE COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE.
   The communications system permitted to be installed and operated hereunder shall:
   (a)   Be operated in conformance with the ECG’s Technical Standards, 47 C.F.R. §§ 76.601 et seq.; and
   (b)   Carry on the system allowable broadcast signals pursuant to the FCC’s signal carriage rules.
