§ 9-3-7 COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS.
   The grantee shall conform to all federal laws and regulations, and state laws and regulations, regarding the cable communications as soon as practicable after said laws and regulations become effective. The grantee shall also be required to conform to all village ordinances as soon as practicable after they become effective.
