§ 9-2-12 INTERPRETATION.
   (a)   In this chapter, the word “may” shall be permissive and the word “shall” is mandatory.
   (b)   References to specific state statutes and Administrative Code chapters and sections shall be interpreted as including any future amendments or recreations of the same.
   (c)   Titles of sections and subsections are illustrative of the contents thereof only, and shall not control interpretation and application of those contents.
