§ 9-1-45 VACATION OF PREMISES.
   When premises are to be vacated, the Utility shall be notified in writing at once, so that it may remove the meter and shut off the supply at the curb cock. The owner of the premises shall be liable to prosecution for any damage to the property of the Water Utility Department by reason of failure to notify the utility of vacancy.
