§ 9-1-36 STOP BOXES.
   (a)   The consumer shall protect the stop box in the terrace and shall keep the same free from dirt and other obstructions.
   (b)   The Utility shall not be liable for failure to locate the stop box and shut off the water in case of a leak on the consumer’s premises.
