§ 7-12-17 SEVERABILITY.
   Should any section, subsection, clause, or other provision of this chapter be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the ordinance comprised in this chapter as a whole, or any part other than part so declared invalid.
