(a) It shall be a violation of this chapter for a person who is an employee who, while semi-nude or nude, is closer than ten feet from any patron or customer, and on a stage lower than two feet from the floor.
(b) It shall be a violation of this chapter for an employee, while semi-nude or nude in a sexually oriented business, to solicit any pay or gratuity from any patron or customer, or for any patron or customer to pay or give any gratuity to any employee while said employee is semi-nude or nude in a sexually oriented business.
(c) It shall be a violation of this chapter for an employee, while semi-nude or nude, to touch a customer or the clothing of a customer.
