§ 6-5-19 REVIEW BY VILLAGE BOARD.
   The Village Board shall have the right to review the conduct, acts, and decisions of the Tree Advisory Committee. Any person may appeal any ruling or order of the Tree Advisory Committee to the Village Board, who may choose to hear the matter and whose decision shall be binding.
