(a) The following list constitutes the official street tree species for the village. No species other than those included in this list may be planted as street trees without written permission of the Village Tree Advisory Committee.
(b) The preferred species for the village area shall be determined based upon recommendations for Zone 4 planting. A detailed list of approved species shall be created by this Tree Advisory Committee immediately upon establishment, under the guidance of a professional arborist.
