§ 6-5-6 OPERATION.
   The Advisory Committee shall choose its own officers, make its own rules and regulations with the advice and consent of the Village Board, and keep a journal of its proceedings in accordance with State Open Meetings Laws, being Wis. Stats. §§ 19.81 et seq. A majority of the members shall be a quorum for the transaction of business.
