§ 9.52.020   Issuance—Expiration of license.
   The Licensing Agency is hereby authorized to issue, on request, and upon payment of the prescribed fee, a permanent bicycle license. All licenses issued shall be for a three-year period. The fee shall be established by resolution of the City Council.
