§ 9.08.040   Authority to prohibit U-turns.
   The Chief of Police, subject to the approval of the Manager, is hereby authorized and directed to indicate intersections at which operators of motor vehicle shall not, at any time of day or night, turn the vehicles in a complete circle, or so as to proceed in the opposite direction.
