§ 2.04.020   Definitions.
   For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section.
   COMMISSION. The Parks and Recreation Commission.
   DEPARTMENT. The Community Services Department.
   DIRECTOR. The Community Services Director.
