§ 5.88.030 Classification of sexually oriented businesses.

   The following uses and/or activities shall be classified as “sexually oriented businesses”:

   (A)   Adult arcades;

   (B)   Adult bookstores;

   (C)   Adult cabarets;

   (D)   Adult motels;

   (E)   Adult motion picture theaters;

   (F)   Adult novelty stores;

   (G)   Adult theaters;

   (H)   Adult video stores; and

   (I)   Nude model studios.
